Hey LifeGroup and Ministry Team Leaders,Here are four important things for you to keep in mind as you're planning for this semester:

Funding Your Ministry

Please use the form below to request funds for ministry activities and programs before they happen. You can submit the form to Leslie in the office, and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

Building Use

We'd love for you to make use of the church building!  If you would like to use the building for team meetings, special events, etc., please check with Leslie Collins in the office about availability.  We have lots of LifeGroups and other teams/groups meeting here at the church both during the day and in the evenings, and we want to make sure you have the room to meet that you needPlease do this prior to setting up any meetings/events.  E-mail Leslie the date, times, and an estimate of about how many people you think you'll have.  Also, let Leslie know if it's a one time thing or if it will be on a regular basis.  This will help save us lots of time and confusion in the future.  Also, the more in advance you do this, the better chance you'll be able to meet at the time you desire.  :)     

 

Putting Events on the Calendar

Yay, you are now able to submit events/team meetings online to be added to the calendar!  Go to our website www.hhcf.org/cmu.  Under the "calendar" option at the top of the page, select "Submit an Event".  This will take you to an online form where you can give us all the details of your event.  Once you've submitted the event, the info will be automatically sent to me to approve before going on the online calendar.  Please take a look at the online calendar before planning your event in order to avoid conflicts with other His House events.  In order for your event to be a success, we would recommend submitting it no later than 2-3 weeks prior to the actual event.

 

Having Events in the Print Announcements/ Doing a Special Announcement

We also want to help publicize your event to His Housers.  The best way to do this, is to first submit the event online.  This will ensure that it will be in the print announcements* and an announcement slide will be made.  If you would like something in the Thursday announcements, please get us the info. no later than Wednesday morning.  If you want something in the Sunday announcements, please get us the info. no later than Friday morning.  If we don't have the necessary info by then, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to add them in.  We'll try our best, but no promises.  :)  Also, if you're interested in doing an announcement in person on a Thurs. or Sun., please contact Dave (dave@hhcf.org) at least one week prior to when you would like to make the announcement.  Although, the sooner we know the better.   That will give us enough time to modify the schedule as needed, and let you know if there is anything else planned.  

* Please note that due to space constraints, we might not always be able to include all of the events in all the print announcements.  Priority may be give to those events that are upcoming or involve greater amounts of people.
